When do I pay, and who holds the money?
You fund milestones as they come due: a deposit when you accept the quote, a payment before clinic check-in, and the balance before you sign off the result. Funds sit in escrow and are released to the clinic only when each stage is confirmed. The amount is always the one from your accepted quote.
When can I fly home after surgery?
Each procedure has a clinician-approved minimum recovery window before flying, counted from the end of surgery in the clinic's time zone. Your treating dentist can extend it for your case and must confirm you are fit to fly before departure. Your hotel and return flight are planned around that date from the start.
What happens to my X-rays and personal data?
Imaging is de-identified on your device before upload. Clinics see a pseudonymous case until you accept their quote, and only then, with your explicit consent, do they learn who you are. You can export or erase your data, subject to the clinic's legal duty to keep medical records.
What if I need to cancel?
Refunds follow a published tier table based on how far ahead you cancel, from 90% more than 30 days out, stepping down closer to the appointment. A documented medical emergency is refunded in full. The exact table is shown before you accept any quote.
Will my insurer at home accept the paperwork?
Your claim pack is generated from the completed treatment stages and payments: an itemised invoice in your language and the original, diagnosis codes, the treating dentist's name and registration, clinic accreditation and dates of service, in the format expected in the UK, Ireland, Germany or the US. Warranty certificates list the manufacturer, implant system and lot or serial numbers.
